Very tasty salad with Chinese cabbage.
Ingredients:
Half a head of Chinese cabbage
2 fresh cucumbers
1 chicken breast (300 g)
1 can of canned sweet corn (300 g)
1 can of canned red beans (300g)
Walnuts - 100 gr
Mayonnaise - 100 gr
Salt, black pepper
Boil the chicken breast until tender in salted water and let it cool there, then the breast will retain its juiciness. Next, cut it into cubes. Also cut fresh cucumbers and Chinese cabbage into cubes. Chop the walnuts until crumbly.
We put Chinese cabbage, chicken breast, and cucumbers into a salad bowl. Drain the liquid from the canned corn and red beans and also place in a salad bowl. Add nuts, salt and black pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
Our delicious, juicy salad is ready.
