Good morning, Conley. That's a nice simple tool for cleaning the wells. Farming isn't all nice and easy in the cab. 👍

The west Texas wind was the prime reason my dad quit doodle-buggin 75 years ago and got into well logging rather than drilling. I heard stories about how it didn't matter if you kept the house closed or not.

Yea it’s very nice we love it we call it our pump truck

Put cement in the pot to fill the bottom but not too much to stop the flow of water into the pvc pipe. That is a life saver. the cement mix will flow to the bottom of the water in the pot.

Great content Conley. Question for you need to know what the pot you were welding is for, if you could give an explanation on the whole set up will appreciate.

It’s for our irrigation the water comes from our wells and into the pot. The pot is connected to the pivot through underground water lines

I hope that bottom cap that you welded holds together for a couple years or so, the metal looked very thin.

We put pressure in it yesterday and so far it holds up

Fyi....you should never have your acetylene tank on its side for long periods of time. Especially when using it

No our water is very clean you can drink the water straight from the well
