Plz clarify specification part of this video.. I heard 1st 2 digit for tensile strength in 10^3 psi,3rd digit position, last 2 digit about flux coating.

Hi... My lecture cover IS standard specification of Electrode. And as per your question i think you are asking for British Standard. Because both Standards state different position of property.
