Solidworks has a weld analysis in its fea. You just need to define the welds then check results

the welds were added as weldments? or they are coming from a sweep sketch?

I think this simulation setup takes way to much liberty since different EXX welding rods have unique mechanical properties, which the created lip for the cross members somehow makes up for… -_-
