I bought a brand Samsung TV 50", series 7, UHD quality from Transcom Digital Outlet in 2019. Approx. 6 months ago a top horizontal line appeared in the TV screen. Few days ago screens totally disappeared and gone to black. In any ways the screen didn't come back again. So, from 2019 to 2022 only 3 yrs. I was able to enjoy the TV purchasing by lots of money ( near to lacs.) from Transcom Digital. I communicate to the Samsung Customer Care. Their Technician after diagnosis told me that "Display Panel" gone and need to replace new one. I got shocked and became thundered !!! First of all I didn't expect from Samsung like Brand TV this type major problem and that is Display. Secondly, only 3 yrs. I was able to enjoy this costly type TV which has broken my heart. Thirdly, Samsung is giving warranty like this: Service-2 yrs, Panel-2 yrs, Parts-1 yr. It is totally not acceptable for a costly TV compare to Chinese Brand TV available in the market that are as usually giving 4 to 5 yrs Guarantee / Warranty periods. Fourthly, if guarantee/warranty period expired in that case taking their service the fees, spare parts , panel price are too much high in compare to others , however their TV's longevity also not that much permanent rather it seems to me unsoundness. Fifthly, I have used several products of them but it seems to me now a days Samsung products' qualities (Specially for TV) are going to down and less longevity. Sixthly, If I had to purchase costly Branded TV like Samsung whic long lasting I experienced only 3 yrs. after then that display crashed, so, why I will not buy Chinese Brand TV at 1/3th cost on of that price which will provide me more relax due to more gurranty / warranty options?

Becareful when purchasing foreign products. Trancom warranty not all related with maker. So their warranty is of no value or very very hard to get that free service because critical condition by transcom.
Washing machine motor warranty 10 years. Motor spindle chocked with broken nut & therefore washing drum cannot move. Their service technician & tech team advice to renew motor but full payment for motor to be done. Motor spindle cannot turn the drum yet transcom saying motor is ok - motor parts damaged. Warranty is for motor only. So quite funny. Monkey business!! On whirlpool equipment it is written motor & prime mover 10 years warranty. Transcom says they give only motor warranty! So much fun! Stay alert when purchasing branded equipment from transcom
