Marlon Brando (Oscar for The Godfather 1973)+ Robert De Niro (Oscar for The Godfather II 1975) both for playing as "Vito Corleone"... although Brando was "old Vito" and De Niro was "young Vito", does that count? Rita Moreno (Oscar for West Side Story 1962) + Ariana DeBosse (Oscar for West Side Story 2022) both for playing as "Anita"
