Amazing
Though I like this townhouse, the only thing luxurious is the price, and probablt the HOA fees. I can deal with the tiny closets, I use closet in a spare room now. That entire bottom floor is just odd. Just give up the idea of an extra room and make it a 2 car tandem garage. Or at least enough room for car and motorcycle. Love the roof top terrace, nice to have your own private outdoor space. Though not for me, I do appreciate something different. Too many stairs to call it a good empty nester, but I do like it. Agree this price is ridiculous 1400 sq ft!

Working on it. Public speaking was never my strength....business and math are definitely better ;) But I keep trying to improve on those annoying vocal pause words...hopefully one day I'll articulate at a high level! Thanks for watching! Mike.
