    Loveley ceremony! I remeber being in Fiji and those people are so welcoming, and the Cava ceremony was great. Bulla. :)

    He probably didn't feel anything. You need to build the enzymes in your stomach over time that break down the kava in your system. Tell you what though, I've been 3 years sober from alcohol, and have been building my enzymes at my local kava bar. And now, it's nice. It's really nice. I like people alot more now.

    For some that don’t know the taste of kava is bitter and will be very hard to swallow for first time drinkers.😂 Also kava in most cases will make your mouth numb the first time once you’ll get used to it the numbness will go away from my experience with this natural root. Enjoy 😂🤙🏾

    I take it in capsule form and it really works for the mental health. I also have the herb but should I knead it into a powder first before making the tea?
