This story is extremely sad. Mrs Robbie is all about family and would do whatever she could for her family. Once Mrs Robbie sued Tim to get him to stop opening all these restaurants under her brand, Tim was extremely upset with her and hadn’t spoken to her in over a year according to the last season of Sweetie Pies. So, think he got in way over his head in deals trying to opening restaurants. He also didn’t like the relationship Mrs Robbie had with Andrea because that was her eldest son’s child. Wow! After being released from prison the first time Tim was still institutionalized mentally. Sadly, I'm not surprised he killed his nephew for life insurance money because he stole from his own mother. My husband was a Correctional Officer in Missouri and he always said, they don't correct anyone. When I worked for Corrections, I had a habit of saying well I have to buy a new uniform or bedding and that's the mentality you take. At the end of the day its just a job that in my husband's case hope you come home at the end of the day. They have social workers, and preachers that come visit the inmates or the correct word offenders, they listen real well to the nice words only to use it as a advantage to be released early and to go back to the same neighborhood and run the same game.

If you watched the show, Tim was opening restaurants up like crazy. Ms. Robbie had to send a cease & desist letter to stop him. He also made a joke about changing her life insurance policy. I thought it was a weird comment to make to your mother but now looking back at it? Tim was low keyed making a threat.

Los Ángeles County is notorious for its heavy taxes. Ms Robbie told him that it would be an uphill battle but Tim thought he knew better. Tim had issues working with others in the family and in the business. Tim handled himself in an unprofessional, aggressive, and arrogant manner. Ms Robbie was right to send him a cease and desist letter.

Beyond sad. I’ll never forget how he used to treat Andre. He despised him. He hated that his mother loved Andre. And the way he acted heartbroken the subsequent season. Ugh disgusting.

Tim is a real monster. I can’t imagine the pain of the family.

This is extremely sad. The crazy thing is his nephew favors him. How in the world could someone be so evil. I know Ms. Robbie going through it smh

He was jealous of Andre for having the childhood that he never had. When Tim was growing up, his mother was always on the road… he must have been jealous at how much attention Andre would get. What an evil person.

My close friend in Law Enforcement told me Tim was behind the burglary of his mother's home and she also said law enforcement believed he was guilty in the murder for hire of his nephew. My friend told me this back in 2016 or 2017 shortly after Andre was killed. At that time, I had no idea of the burglary. Everything you have reported in this clip is true.

@@sharonculpepper8795 Yes. I know. My friend in law enforcement was telling me what the investigators thought of Tim's involvement as they conducted their investigation behind the scenes. She told me more, but its been a while and I can't recall all the info she shared. Note: She did not work in the state where these crimes occured. However, police from other jurisdictions will share details with other law enforcement agencies according to her. I edited one sentence from original post to clarify. Thank you.

My Son was murdered, 6 years ago..by his so called friends.. but murdering your own nephew that's so low. This. After all this started coming out, I have often wondered if Tim had something to do with his brother's (Andre's father) death. They need to reopen that case too.

I live in St. Louis and this story has been so heartbreaking from the start. It's really hard out here & everywhere else for young BM.

Ms. Robbie needs to revisit that break in she had at her home where money, jewelry and furs were stolen. 😳 Tim was doing way too much and being sued because he was opening SweetTimes so fast they were not bringing in the revenue and closing a year later. He lost millions of dollars in a short time span. A desperate man will do desperate things. Tim I believe was institutionalized being imprisoned at such a young age.

Tim did serve 10 to 12 years when he was young for arm robbery. He even took his mom to the place Andre was killed. There is a lot about Tim out there. I was a true fan of their show and it was a real shock to hear about what he did to his nephew SMH still unbelievable. I had also heard Tim was going to take out a insurance policy on his mom don’t know if he did it or not 🤷🏽‍♂️

Andre had such a sweet spirit on that show. He was truly my fave and it was so heart breaking seeing his cousin have to mourn him after they both tried so hard to change their life and circumstances. There is a special place in hell for people like Tim. I pray Ms. Robbie has given this son to God and not taken on any more burdens of this mess. And I hope Tim is getting all the “jail karma” he deserves 🤷🏾‍♀️

According to some court documents and the transcript between Tim and the insurance agent , Tim masqueraded as Andre for the phone interview. I used to be work for State Farm, there are precautions for this, but since Tim was working directly with the insurance agent, he was able to do all this.

Agree, Tim's picture does look creepy. There was always something about him that just didn't seem right. The way he treated his son's mother showed a lot. He was all for Tim and what could benefit or work for Tim. I was sorry to see the show go. I really liked Robbie and enjoyed the staff. This whole thing just must be so devastating for her...to find out your own son allegedly hired someone to kill her grandson Andre. I hope she's OK and has good support around her.

Tim has been delaying the process with all kinds of shenanigans... but now the shooter has finally sang like a bird and it's looking like Terica is next... the dominoes will be falling one by one. The sentencing for the shooter is in Sept so we're going to be hearing a lot more of this case in the months to come. Finally, some justice for Andre & his family!

Alledgedly, Tim is responsible for the Robbery of his Mom. He was upset because she wasn't letting him open up Sweetie Pie's as he wished, and tried to blame Andre. Afterwards, Tim came up with the Insurance Murder for Hire, allegedly. I believe all of this dirt will be corroborated by the other defendants.

If this is a Federal crime they will not serve time in Missouri. He also was planning to kill his mother. His mother sued Tim for opening too many Sweetie Pies and I believe she won the case. I use to work for Dept. Of Corrections in Missouri, I wish I still worked there to look up this case but I think this could be Federal.

I wonder if his child’s mom, Janay, is going to change his son’s last name because he’s named after him. I mean I know I would. I wouldn’t want my kid attached to his father’s name like that. Tim is a monster!!!!!!

I'm from St. Louis and only went to two of the Sweetie Pies location. I'm not too surprised at his evil deeds or that so many people were involved, especially for such little pay. It's getting a bit better out here but there still are some ruthless people. From the year 8 children were shot within a 15 day period or even the year where about 4 or more different mothers were murdered with their children. From what I recall, they said Andre was killed on Natural Bridge. I am glad that they dug deeper into his case because it could have been swept under the rug since so much would happen in that area. Like the shootings in Fairground Park but especially the car crashes. I remember when I worked on Natural Bridge, I saw a car slam into the Commerce Bank after being hit by a man racing from the police. I hope all of those who plotted against him and ended his life are charged to the fullest extent. The community doesn't need any more diabolical people, they stop progress with their hateful ways. We are off the chain here in mid mo. Every weekend their is a killing in Columbia, Mo. and here in Jeff. I stay on my side of the road.

And remember how Tim kept opening new restaurants behind Ms. Robbie’s back. I always felt he had something to do with the burglary. Bc if my memory serves me correctly he tried to tell Ms. Robbie he believed Andre had something to do with it…. It’s so heartbreaking and unfortunate. Tim is OBSESSED with money. Andre's dad (Tim's brother) was murdered too. STREETS saying Tim had hands in that too. Tim did the burglary and tried to set up & blame Andre. All because he was jealous of his mother & Dre's relationship.. Tim wanted to make his mom mad at Andre so she'd take him out of her WILL. Tim also had a policy on his mother. He needs to stay in jail FOREVER.

I followed this intensely. I watched all the shows with this knowledge. A a real psychpathHe was spending A LOT and got overexcited about his expansion to the west coast. He actually took his mom to the site of the murder...he has resentment about his time in jail...

Man God ain’t playing. Folk better get their house in order BECAUSE people have ALWAYS said that Tim had something to do with his nephew death. Let’s not forget that Tim is a criminal and we have seen him act CRAY CRAY on national TV. I totally believe this is his time for judgement and if he did this I hope he goes to jail for the rest of his life.

I remember when this all happened they thought it was Tim who did it and that's one of the reasons why the show was canceled

The question is was he behind the burglary of his mom’s home??. My opinion is hell yes! Why not? If he can smile for a mugshot of being accused of his nephew’s murder, then why not a burglary?. And why did he take out a life insurance on his nephew?? Tim looks REAL CREEPY in that mugshot. He is one evil ass dude!

Tim is a narcissistic person. His mother was already complaining about him using her name to open up other restaurants. He was truly jealous of his nephew I had said that way before the young man was killed. So when it came out that he may have something to do with Andres killing I was not surprised. Who the hell smiles and I mugshot after being accused of murdering your nephew. We still don’t really know why was Tim locked up before all those years before. I feel bad for Miss Robbie she needs to realize that she birthed a bad seed, and that is it. I feel sorry for her and Lil Tim. I’m just glad that Jhené got away from his Behind.

I think Tim wanted more money, I think he wanted more from his mother , I think he stole from his mother , and also I think he planned to kill his nephew for that life insurance money because he felt it was a sure thing. Obviously he didn’t care for his nephew at all , he had no bond with his nephew

And yes I did have dinner at their restaurant, and the food was expensive, but very good. I was able to shake Tim's hand. Disgusting!!

I can’t even look at the mugshots it gives me the absolute creeps. His eyes are dead. The corners of his eyes don’t even turn up when his smile takes up the majority of the bottom half of his face. This story has made me want to check every month to see if someone has life insurance on me, how can one do that? People should be alerted when someone puts life insurance on them.
