Im confused, so Iruma is all three of those characters and trans and he's adopted? There's a lot going on (If I'm wrong about the trans part mb, that's just what I got from everyone's reaction to his mom saying "why can't you fuck boys like a normal girl would", either it was just going with the song and it's supposed to be flipped or he wasn't a dude)

I don't think that Iruma is trans here cause Iruma here is Nagisa and Nagisa's mom always wanted a daughter to dress up and achieve all the think that Nagisa's mom wanted but couldn't because of her family but she had a son and she's forcing him to be a girl (long hair, ect.) And at some point in the anime she held up a dress to him and said all those things I just mentioned, so I hope this explains and it wasn't too long
