I’m glad you’re going an American map, I would say the floatation tires on that tractor aren’t really for that area, I would go for singles and dual ready in the back likes the spacers (spokes poking out)

The duals are pretty accurate and some farmers are running articulated tractors and most of them are old. Wide variety of brands but a lot of Deere! Also a good bit of Kubota on smaller farms due to having 2 dealers in the county. Glad you chose this map! Most tractors don’t have the front pto unless they were imported. The majority of farmers are small operations but many farmers share/loan equipment to get the job done. Yes the majority of equipment is old or was bought new by grandfathers and is still being used.

Daggerwin, I have some suggestions for this series. First, I think a good option for the combine harvester upgrade would be the New Holland CR 10.90 US, which was released on ModHub a few weeks ago. Second, The Case tractor you bought is great and all, but I think a more suitable tractor would be SiiD Modding's John Deere 8000 series, which was also released on ModHub a few weeks ago. I think you should sell the large John Deere 8400 that the game gave to you when you started, since the 8000 series can get up to 300 something horsepower. As for the Semi truck, I think a good option would be 82 Studios's TLX 9000 cab over. The cab over truck was released about a week ago on ModHub. Since this is an american map, I also suggest the West End Dump trailers or Wilson Pacesetters instead of the BSM trailer. Please like if you agree, so Daggerwin can find it easier! Thank you for making all this awesome content for us! Please keep up the great work! Merry Christmas everyone!

Great to see you on an American map again Daggerwin. I look forward to future episodes. First, the wide flotation tires would not be seen in that area unless you have a very muddy area for some reason. The BSM trailer would also primarily be used for just sugar beets or potatoes. Switching to the default Wilson trailer is what we commonly use. As for crops, pretty much anything except cotton is possible for that area.

One thing I would like to mention is around here in the USA, at least in our area, most tractors don't have the red and white warning signs or extra front lights, and usually have skinnier row crop tires. To be more realistic your small-medium sized tractors should be 2 wheel drive. At least here in Michigan only our biggest tractors are four wheel drive. As for trailers, we dont use any tipper trailer unless they are gooseneck trailers. Gravity wagons and auger wagons are much more accurate. I'm not sure if there is a mod for realistic grain bins exist but an average farmer doesn't own a "drive-on" grain dumping area. We use augers that attach to a tractors PTO to fill the bin from the top. The crops of wheat, corn, soybeans, and oats are accurate. Corn can be harvested as either grain or silage. And then THE MOST important inaccuracy you've made so far is not buying a 3/4 or 1 ton farm truck. I'd suggest trying to find a ford or chevy because those are by for the most common

Nice to see an American map other than Lone Oak. Kit needs to be big, even the 'small' fields are on the large size. Would like to see a mass cotton harvest as a cash crop, they tend to be money makers.

Mr. Fiction It's not only about the vehicle or the tracks. You can tell the difference by the warning placards and details of the machines

@@Mathew_Thomas and? Who cares? I live an hour from this place and the placards have no impact on anything. Most machines in this game or even mods don’t have placards to edit nor are there a lot of American ones. Id rather him use good equipment and not go out of his way just to find American license plates and hazard signs

Here in PA, we mainly do corn, wheat, or soybeans. We call the lorrys, semis or tractor trailers instead. Typically small farms will run old equipment and big farms will run new equipment. Typically Ford, New Holland, case, farmall, or John deere are used. We typically don't signal if we have our four ways on.

I grew up in Bucks County, it's several decade since it looked like this. As for crops, cereal crops are good and corn, there is corn all over the place in the fall. No cotton, no sunflowers, but I think every other crop is pretty realistic for the area.

I’m from Iowa, I’ve done plenty of work as a farm hand. Cows and pigs and sheep and horses are all common in the Midwest, we primarily do corn, soybeans, some oats, minimal wheat, and lots of grasswork (hay and silage)

you did alright with the machines, the deere is pretty common here but with front weights and duals. The case and the semi is spot on. I would recommend traiding that drill you bought with the 12 meter great plains planter on modhub, it is no till as well and alot more common in america.

I've been looking for a good American map myself. This is awesome, I live in the same horizontal line as Pennsylvania and feels like home to me. Cotton is the big one not really grown here. Potatoes and beets are rare, but not unheard of in the area. The big truck is fine, but sometimes a pickup and gooseneck trailer are useful too. Used vehicles are also regularly bought at farmers auctions.

Hi Daggewin I'll have to correct you when it comes to leasing machines. Now take the balers you leased, it costs 905 per day and 1900 per hour. You can buy it for 90500 And if you borrow 100,000 then it only costs 280 per day. but of course it's entirely up to you how you want to play. But as usual a great video.

Daggerwin now I don’t know much about how it is in Pennsylvania, but in my area a little bit south we do a lot of corn, and soybeans for cash crops and we do wheat and rye for cover crop. We also do a lot of cotton. Not much silage in my area, we do hay, but I know they do a bunch of silage farther north in Pennsylvania to feed the cows.

All the talk of American style tractors and equipment, I live in Indiana on a small farm, and my neighbor who owns a lot of land around me uses mostly Claas...lol. Around here the fields are mostly corn, soy beans, wheat, alfalfa or grasses, and more lately a lot of sunflowers.
