False bans are kinda why I stopped playing HCF, every new server just had SOO much admin abuse and you'd get banned the second you killed an admins friend, which was like 60-70% of the player base, so upsetting.

i remember 10 year old me getting falsely banned forever from grapeapplesauce's server for cheating. i wasnt even good at pvp, i remember dominating a guy (which i assume was a mod since he had an fancy rank, i didnt speak english then) with 6 cps b4 getting banned then i cried for the entire day lol

I have used cheats a lot of times in AstralMC and I have never been caught. In the end I stopped playing on that server of my own free will.

I have little knowledge of Minecraft PVP, or really Minecraft as a whole, but I've played games where I got banned for no good reason, but HOLY this was worse than any BS I've gone through, I don't see anything that even LOOKS like aim assist. If I do come back do Minecraft, I'm not playing on a server with this kind of moderation team.

what a power trip. I only ever played minecraft pvp in 2012-14, it was capture the flag (mcctf). I know using hacks back then was kinda clunky and always obvious but the mods were so quick to ban the right people and never ever banned the wrong people. People were very competitive but the game was just fun so there was literally no place for cheating or weird admin behavior. As pvp got more complicated people started taking it a lil too seriously and we get pvp environments like this one

Something very similar happened to me, I was on HCF fighting against an admin when suddenly he went into staff mode and said, "admit you have reach or ss." So I told him to give me the server's discord server (since I didn't have it) to make me ss, then the admin goes and bans me for 7 days for reach and refusing to ss.

AstralMC uses Verus Anticheat, so I'm not surprised of the results.

Played a one arrow mini game on a faction server (itsjerryandharry) won first place with 20kills, with the second place at 18 kills. This kid who was prob the same age as me at the time, started bitching at me for cheating and start going off about a faction he was going to join. "Dont you know who i am?!". "Im joining the most powerful faction on the server.". "There's no way a nobody like you is better than me." Reading him talking to me like that was just atrocious but also hilarious. I just responded with "ok, that doesn't mean shit to me." And i left, apparently that got him going and he started threatening to have the whole faction go after me.

Something similar happened to me years ago on a kitpvp server, but i got banned immidientally after i defeated an admin. I appealed to my ban with logs containing the session i was banned in. Appeal was handled by the same admin that banned me after i defeated him. He stated that i fabricated the logs (he responded seconds after i made the appeal, there is no way that he even looked at those logs), and said i was "spinning like killaura" (thats not how killaura works kids). That is why there is an unspoken rule of minecraft servers: Never give kids or mentally unstable people the permission to control kids or mentally unstable people.

Honestly this doesn't relate much to Minecraft, but this is pretty much why me and my friends stopped playing Battlefield 4. We just got so good that admins just started outright banning us for cheating without ANY proof. We just killed the server mods one too many times and got the banhammer. We've been banned from a good amount of active servers, including AARP and the now (pretty much) defunct VQ37. Also, ask me about my bans in Battlefield Hardline!
