I think Blocky works as the beaver from the first game where you have to quickly close the door because he runs at you fast, and I think TV works as Grunkfuss in the first game where you can’t open your cam too much or he’ll kill you

blocky only moves if you dont watch his camera much, and if he gets to the 6th stage, your door and light recharge are disabled, basically being an out of power 2.0. There might be a way to stop him at stage 5, but I wouldn't risk it, as one time I got to 5 am with him still on the first stage. as for tv, he activates at 4 am (i think, either that or 3 am.) and works exactly like grunkfuss as you said... from one night at flumpty's 2. a countdown will appear on his screen, and when it reaches 0, tv will turn red and you have to quickly zap him.
