I worked at a gym for 5 years and it’s nice to see someone actually show the proper form for all the exercises and use of machines. A lot of people are intimidated to start because they don’t know how to use the machines and wrong form is actually one of the major reasons for injuries. Kudos to Jong Kook for creating a safe space for learning and getting healthy 💪🏼

Always feel pumped up for a workout after watching Gym Jong Kook videos. Love how well he explains the way to maintain the right postures. It's hilarious how they kept adding the weights without asking Jackson. Hahaha. Hope Jackson has a successful promotion in SK! Really like his not-so-new song "Cruel" from the Magic Man album. And hope to see boxing content with Kim Jong Kook and Jackson in the future!

He trains in the right place as seen from the results of his body shape that is balanced with his height and the shape of smooth, dense and toned muscles. Very suitable for an artist/singer. When dancing is good to see. The muscles are not developed too big will they look out of balance. He has a humble, warm and humorous personality. Also a hard worker, a person who never gives up before trying/ attempted, judging from his career path is getting better day by day, because he does everything consistently and professionally without saying much but the results are real. He really inspires me and many people. I'm always proud of you. Keep it up Jackson.

I really love how Jackson asks a lot of detailed questions, I ask a lot of questions when with a trainer too. I love this channel bc the details are so helpful!
