Smashed burgers are nice, because it has more carmelization, but half the time I still prefer the formed normally thick patties, as it holds a little more moisture & thus also a little more softer & still have some carmelization on the outside.

Look like over cooked dry frisbee's to me. You never want to flatten a pattie like that because it loses all its juices.

I'd love it more if there was some indication of what ingredients are being used and what is being done, instead of 'add brown powder to red sauce then add some more white powder and mix well'
