I lived in New Zealand so I know how the anthem is but what my point is, this version is not "werid" but I would say it's interesting (not in a bad way). I think most important thing in anthem is that it contains the correct lyrics with right pronunciation. So as long as it's not way different lyrics or made it fun of the national anthem, it is fine.

I love this arrangement!

Well, a lot of people put a lot of time into arranging, performing and recording what is a unique, clear and very accurate rendition of the anthem- it's a shame that you've labelled it weird.

It is unique and clear....and completely lacking in soul or emotion. The arranger has completely missed the point.

What choir is this? I wouldn't call it weird, because it's very skillful and well-rehearsed. That said, it goes a little fast for my liking, and I can tell people feel a little awkward about singing along to it - which should be the point of any version of a national anthem.
