For some reason, the sun sprites are stolen a lot.

These “kid-friendly” games have been a thing for a reallyyyyy long time. I even remember when when I was a kid, around 10 years ago. And yeah, it’s very ElsaGate-y. Doesn’t help that these sorta things are also videos on KZread, and KZread has done nothing to stop it despite all the reports for it.

I actually remember a lot of these bootleg SpongeBob flash games including the baby ones and these definitely more of bootlegs than fanmade games and have no idea why they chose these dark themes, even as someone who remembers some of these

I remember these being inescapable. There were ads for these "online flash arcades" similar to old flash websites with games like Newgrounds. You were right in comparing this to Elsagate, because that's exactly what these games are. The reason there's so many doctor ones is the same reason there are so many youtube videos for kids featuring things like injections, cuts, surgery, dental work, pregnancy where they show you the baby still inside of the mother, and sometimes mashups of these themes like C-section or Tooth surgery games. Most of these games are most likely fetish fuel and fetish farms. Why are they marketed to children? Children are very easy to market to and won't understand what's being shown to them right away. Parents and site advertisers will be oblivious because they're going to hear "Children's games" and not think to double check the site itself for anything they don't want their brand to be attached to. There were so many of these websites they were advertising on other websites just like it, practically promoting each other. Basically, these games exist to market to different fetishes without the drawbacks of admitting they're fetish games, while also marketing to children to get the most money possible. Most people with fetishes like these aren't going to click on these games, because they're grown adults and either 1 don't want Google to know what they're into, and/or 2 find games like this to be too far/too much, so already it would be a minority of a minority of people they're making these games for. Most people would rather watch a video on a site that isn't full of malware than play a sketchy flash game. On top of that, advertisers wouldn't even touch a site that openly expresses that they host fetish games. However, if you claim they're just children's doctor games then advertisers and parents automatically assume it's an educational game and won't bat an eye at what's happening. Why would they do this? I don't know. Much like with how Elsagate actually started, nobody's really going to know why anyone thought this was a good idea. My best guess is some sicko made a fetish game marketed towards children because they got off to it, and just so happened to find success in it, thus cheap companies trying to make a quick buck off the growing Flash game market (which technically now the mobile game market) saw these games were easy to produce, and started making these shovelware fetish games because they were getting clicks and were extremely easy to make. This is not me saying people with fetishes are automatically bad people, because they're not. You could be asexual and still be a creep or a disgusting person. If your fetish isn't harming anyone and you aren't forcing it on others then it's completely fine. Whoever started this trend was a creep for marketing their fetishes toward children in the first place and hiding it behind being an educational doctor game. On a principle level it's no different than linking a child to a website claiming to have full episodes of Dora the Explorer, only for it to be videos of regular p*rn. The only difference is due to how niche and hard to define fetishes can be, it's easier for creeps to get away with using them to their advantage without facing consequences. There's a lot of gray area of what's meant to be a fetish and what's meant to be just innocent fun or gross-out humor. You basically have to be around things like this for a while to be able to spot what is and isn't fetishistic, and most people out there obviously wouldn't be. I feel like these games being so "popular" and abundant could be blamed on so many parents for not watching their kids online, however I think we should also call out the people who hosted and made these games for clearly seeing these kids weren't being watched and chose to capitalize on it anyway. Just because you see a vulnerable person, does not mean you get to take advantage of them, because you know better than to do that. Both parties should be at fault and equally called out for letting this rabbit hole even happen. Knowing my generation grew up with these kinds of games and knowing the next few ones are growing up with these games just on a different platform is something that should be addressed more often, and I'm glad this video exists to show that yes, these game did and still do exist when they shouldn't.

I slightly remember one of baby SpongeBob games and the foot doctor one. We discovered some weird stuff as kids.

It was always injection, death, and pregnancy with those, its as if they were trying to give kids a fetish. These games are even worse with the absolutely horrid imagery. Why would someone want that? Doctor games are a nice concept but like, JESUS CHRIST, tone down on the gore and gross factor.

Sometimes I like to redesign and redraw strange characters from bootleg or otherwise obscure media from fandoms I'm in. Imagine if someone redesigned Princess from SpongeBob Save[s a] Princess as an actual SpongeBob character, I can see that being some cute fan art.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of people on the internet become fixated on accusing people of fetishes they don't have, or actively shaming and harassing people for fetishes they _do_ have. I get the feet and pregnancy things, but I doubt a whole lot of people had a fetish for esophagus blockages, heart surgery, or syringe injections directly(I get masochism but that's a little convoluted for that), and even if they did, enough to make a game out of doing it. I have to agree. Considering how gross and bloody these are, I can believe the edgy angle more. I can get the fetish bait for ElsaGate I guess, but for these games, I feel like it started as something edgy and easy to program and all of the copies were just doing it for the attention and player metrics.

I'm not sure why people would make this slop

The worst part is that some kids have this as his sitter and the game take care kids. Innocent people who havent played really so sweet.
