Weird PSP Licensed Games - YungJunko
Ойындар
Welcome back faithful viewer!
Today, we're taking a look at some "weird" PSP licensed games. That's pretty much any PSP game based on a movie or series. I use the term weird pretty loosely here as we're generally looking at games that I feel have become overlooked, forgotten or best left not remembered.
As always, thank you for watching and stay tuned for more JUNK

"I didn't know there were still children in that village Charlie Brown" absolutely slayed me.
This is what i miss about gaming in the 2000's, especially in the early to mid 2000's, where you'll just find some the of the most random type of games made, especially licensed games, which is a category of game that just doesn't exist anymore, most of them were cheap low budget, low quality games, but they had a certain charm to them. Licensed games just got worse in the late 2000's and early 2010's, then they just stopped making them.

Yeah, and they limited them more Pcs used to have licensed games more often and now theyre seemingly rare, and only on consoles

1990s has some random ass licensed games too. Especially SNES. Literally video games made about 7up commercials (Cool Spot)

That's just wrong lol. As someone who was born in 2002 and played a bunch of licensed games in the late 2000s/early 2010s, as well as a ton from the early and mid 2000s, the licensed games were consistently good. No low points until maybe around the mid 2010s. Even so, licensed kids' games have seen something of a resurgence in the late 2010s into the 2020s now. They're genuinely fun, and I say that as someone who is turning 20 in a month.

The Over the Hedge 3-character mechanic is actually what influenced developers to implement the same mechanic in Detroit: Become Human. Video game history is very interesting and important.

I had the Napoleon Dynamite game. I remember my brother and I linking up our PSP's so we could see who could throw the football further. Yes that was a two player game.
Actual fun fact about Jacka*s the game: The PS2 version was the first HD console game ever made.

The joke about the peanut special "I didn't know that village still had children in it Charlie brown" made me fucking die. Earned a sub
As a fan of Peanuts, I absolutely loved Snoopy and the Red Baron. One of my favourite games on the PSP.

Is that game rare or something for the psp I saw one on sale for 250 bucks the other day
That snoopy section unlocked a memory in my brain. my siblings and i had a ton of fun playing that game. i think i’m gonna pick it up again, if anyone’s even selling it lol.
that kendrick reference in the beginning lol
Ah yes, the classic Peanuts Christmas special "I Didn't Know That Village Still Had People In It, Charlie Brown". Subscribed, your sense of humor is wonderful
The Eragon game looks like a poor man's version of Drakan: The Ancients' Gate. 7:45 Those red guards looked more like Deadpool then the one in the movie and games.
Snoopy on PSP is LEGITIMATELY a phenomenal game
You've got the content, V/O, editing skills, and timing to make it, at the very least, to 100k. Keep on keeping on.
Deadass, as soon as the video started i thought “Damn that beat sounds like something off of tpab” and then you started saying the poem and I lost my mind, what a crazy coincidence.
I lost it and had trouble regaining my composure at the Snoopy cutscene.
Chillin and binging this channel has been enlightening, I can’t wait for the algorithm to hit your channel because more people gotta see this videos for sure! You’re unlocking memories I completely forgot! Awesome Stuff Junko!

I remember watching Eragon with my ex. We lost it at “I suffer without my stone. Do not delay my suffering.” Anyways, Saphira in the movie was animated by Weta Digital (now WetaFX) & Jackass was developed by Sidhe. Both are based in NZ. One just got acquired by Unity & the other got relegated to making mobile games after their last console title from Activision bombed.

Jackass was developed by some ignoramus who for zero reasons targeted Sami Zayn.
The Napoleon Dynamite game will forever be mystery to me. The biggest 'Why?' for that entire console line-up.

It’s the same with all these games. They are quick and cheap to make, then once you slap a movie or tv series onto it it’s easy money

@@NoContextRDH But... Napoleon Dynamite? The PSP generation had no idea who that even is. It didn't tie into anything and it wasn't even that big to begin with.

That opening was god damned beautiful you are the only KZreadr on the platform right now that makes me consistently laugh out loud multiple times per video. Keep up the good work bro, you deserve all the subscribers you get and then some.
The editing and transitions in this video are so god damn clean, great video!
I’ve watched about 7 of ur videos and you’re exactly what I’ve been missing in this bleak abyss of niche content that doesn’t meet MY niche needs. Thank you 🐐
I'll like and subscribe, but only for 30 foot scratch sessions.
The intro… my new favorite channel man this is hilarious!
Over the Hedge at least looks similar to the PC version in regards of the assets and animations being used. Although I'm pretty sure it's a different game, the way he swing to golf club looks very familiar to me.
Finally a commentary channel that’s insightful creative and tightly packed. Keep ‘em coming!!!
Discovered the channel through a random recommended video. Excellent video definitely worth a subscription!
I remember you was conflicted Misusing your influence Sometimes I did the same Abusing my power, full of resentment Resentment that turned into a deep depression Found myself screaming in the hotel room I didn’t wanna self destruct The evils of Lucy was all around me So I went running for answers Until I came home But that didn’t stop survivor’s guilt Going back and forth trying to convince myself the stripes I earned Or maybe how A-1 my foundation was But while my loved ones was fighting the continuous war back in the city I was entering a new one A war that was based on apartheid and discrimination Made me wanna go back to the city and tell the homies what I learned The word was respect Just because you wore a different gang color than mine's Doesn’t mean I can’t respect you as a black man Forgetting all the pain and hurt we caused each other in these streets If I respect you, we unify and stop the enemy from killing us But I don’t know, I’m no mortal man

Your content has some good production value. You deserve more subs.
your editing is great man ive been watching everything
I remember playing the Jackass game on the PS2. The weirdest part about it being that it was for some reason on the PS2 when the PS3 and 360 had been out for a while.
Why the frick does this only have a 100k views? That editing and scripting was literally 10/10, it just flowed so naturally
that intro parody of TPAB was enough to get me to sub. cheers, hope you grow a ton
The character switch from over the hedge is blowing my mind. Great video
That TPAB reference In the start of the vid caught me off guard
Love every single part of this video. Definitely deserve more subs. Also wolverine for the psp reminded me of the old god of war
Another good one, i like your humor, you just gaines a subscriber
Got suggested a video by you today. Love the Channel,. Love the content and the personality you give off in each video. Keep this shit up👍🏻
Bro I’m definitely subscribing 😂😂 I had a blast watching this!
Over the hedge and jackass were very good both the games and the movies. Loved them in my childhood
sweet jesus. i'm less than 10 seconds in and i am subscribing (with enormous confidence). tying your video theme in with kendrick over that beautiful, sultry la noire theme!?!? dude. quality video incoming. much respect. good job.
Hot damn ive been binging your content today, glad I stumbled on the channel. Definite sub 👍
Ayyy! Another upload from my favorite gaming channel.
I'm a big fan of the PSP. I'm a big fan of all your star wars jokes and content. We shall watch your career with great interest
the kendrick reference in the start it's just perfect
You give off Nakey Jakey vibes and i love it.
Absolutely blown away by your channel. Amazing content!!!
Snoopy vs. The Red Baron was awesome! There also was a PS2 version.
Subscribed cause wow, this was quality! You'll blow up more in subs soon for sure!
Smash and crash racing was one of the first games I ever got for my PS2 and I love it and the fighting game they made was just awesome
for some reason over the hedge on ps2 was at the top of my christmas list one year. i got it and played it exactly one time before losing it and never finding it again.

I actually had a ton of fun playing that shrek racing game on my gameboy years ago!
This made my day ,maybe my week too
damn ur videos are good, havent watched videos this good in quite a while
Love the vibes on this channel
Over the Hedge did have a PS2 port, just not called Hammy goes nuts, it was simply Over the Hedge. It had co-op multiplayer as well, I've still got it
Oh my god finally some good news in my life, YungJunko posted new vid !
You got my like and follow at Knocksville looking like Mike Matei lol great channel!
There is one mini game in the jackass game that did not age well. There’s a secret mini game where you make Ryan Dunn race his car and you have to crash it and see how badly he gets hurt…
dude i just found your channel while really high and im having such a great time, im really tripping every time the trash can speaks lmao, just wanted to say that you're a legend and ill be here when your channel eventually explodes in popularity as it deserves to
PSP had a killer game library. It’s crazy. These licensed games are some of my guilty pleasures.
You now earned a subscriber!
Lol nice transitions, this video is smooth
That Snoopy segment was brilliant!
Love watching this kinds of video ❤❤
The psp version of the King Kong game was actually decent. A lot of content was cut in this version but I still had a lot of fun playing it as a kid. It's one of the better movie games on there. Also as always: great video👍
The Con will always be one of my favorite pop fighting games, played through it so many timesss
Fucking loved the Snoopy dream transition, you deserve more views, great quality and great content, keep it up 💪🏻💪🏻
Holy shit dude this is great content, keep up the good work!
We love your content!
jackass the video game is genuinely one of the best shovelware titles i've ever played and i'm glad someone else has covered it
I did not expect an immediate TPaB reference upon clicking this video but was pleasantly surprised
Been binging this content. Make a Star Wars Bounty Hunter video please!
Weird, I had Eragon on PS2 back in the day and it was more on foot like the lord of the rings movie games from what I remember
I played Snoopy vs Red Barren on PC as a kid, and it’s a magnificent game
For some reason you remind me of RebelTaxi, great video btw
These psp game reviews are awesome
This is such a great channel
Probably the best video intro ever
Bro that eragon to afterbirth transition absolutely sent me lmfao
Great video man! What is the cool song called in the outro? I cant stop replaying it😂
30 foot scratch sessions…? Ok, I’ve subbed.
Lmfao the BF 1942 loading music in the background of the Snoopy game is so on point
I still own and play Crimson Skies to this day! Totally deserves a revamped online mode in the modern age.
His transitions are crazy good
psp was my childhood and i just had a physical of ridge racer because other games was downloaded, aaahhhhh good times!
Yooo this video is dope.! Found this at random!
Awesome vids. Subbed
That k dot reference in the opening got me lol
absolutely loved the jackass game although I had the napoleon dynamite movie for my psp but those two discs were always on me
Man dat LA NOIRE theme at da beginning doe 🔥🔥🔥🔥 finished dat game in two and a half days
5:05 Oh hell yeah, Crimson Skies was the shit man. I wish that game had a sequel.
I had Napoleon Dynamite for the DS. It was the same game as the PSP. Quite an odd time in my childhood, playing through that game.
Fun video. Good work!
