5:23 I've actually tried this it's soft ice basically, before the ice fully becomes frozen, it goes through a sort of soft phase and it's very delicious to eat. Water doesn't have a taste but it's good to eat

Those rock candies are a very popular tourist thing in my country when they are visiting the sea. They are often filled with dry fruits and the one that he is eating looks exactly like some of the ones I had before, it is probably filled with a dried apricot. You might think that dried apricots are nasty or something but weirdly in those candies I really like them, also the texture of crunchy and then soft and chewy is just - chefs kiss - (the crunch comes from a coating much like skittels or m&m's)
