At my birthday party several years back, we created the "Sauselote" which was a grilled sausage topped with Mac n cheese, hot sauce and elote toppings (crema, cilantro, chili powder and cotija cheese). SO GOOD.

We make something called 5 cup salad with madarin, coconut, sour cream, pineapple and marshmallow. I also top with maraschino cherries.

The BEST weird hot dog topping combo is the Chong dog. Half the bun is covered in cream cheese, the other half peanut butter. Sriracha on the top and a slice of pickle on the peanut butter side. It’s my favorite.

Ketchup, mayo, and banana peppers are my go to hot dog toppings

The sad thing is that Rhett minus 14 inches is literally just my height- 5'5"- which is pretty average

Why is sad?

Japadog on the West Coast serves everything from Teriyaki pork seaweed dogs, to chili shrimp, to bonito dogs, to kobe beef dogs; all super unique!

You should try a Brazilian style hot dog, there's usually tomato sauce, corn, peas, vinaigrette, mayo, mustard, ketchup, cheese and "straw potato" (batata palha), which is crunchy shaved fried potatoes, like really thin chips. Brazil is a big country, that's the southern version I know, in Sao Paulo they have it with tomato sauce, sliced bell peppers and mashed potatoes. And I'm sure there are tons of other versions.
