I had colon cancer and I had to get a colostomy for over a year so I basically pooped in a bag on my stomach. I never knew the time we spend on the toilet. I had extra time in my day it felt strange. I’m pooping normally now and healthy.

It's a problem for people with urge incontinence. Technically it's "latchkey incontinence" - caused by an association with a relieving situation with the problem of not using the lavatory. It's something to be discussed with your physician.

Can relate to that last part, unfortunately. Never fun to deal with. I recommend wet wipes (or moistening a few sheets of toilet paper). I could give details involving my experiences with this, but I feel I've said enough.
