Mansour is so under rated, his knowledge and communication skills is so strong. I hope to either see him in a coaching role or a TV role for sure. Maybe get him doing his own breakdown of play and training vids 😅
Would love to see a video on what NRL players do to achieve and maintain thier insane cardio.
Perfect video! Would be great if he could also do one for Fitness drills for Pre season (Malcolms, Broncos, interval sprints etc)

@@bryaname6644 You clearly dont know what broncos are, or youve never played any sort of rugby in your life. 🤡🤡 Im not referring to the team, im referring to the fitness drill which every single NRL and rugby union team uses for training🤣🤣🤦♂

Yeah we need this. A lot of other sports do post workouts but I feel like that doesn’t happen in rugby league
can you make a video about an NRL diet? (what an nrl player eats in a normal day)

What a liar, the RPE on 80kg was 5,. No way he could bench 170, and claims best 3r max is 145... if best 1rpm was 170, 145x10
