As a 47 year old male I have been weightlifting for 18 months. My PB's are well below these women. They inspire me to work harder.

These women are fantastic! So strong, so awesome to watch them lift those dang weights up and hold! They are small women with such amazing strength!!

Concentration and determination.. I love it! 100kg is awfully heavy. It feels like it's bolted on the floor. Did you know that? lol

57:02 ,I think for nowadays that should be No Lift for Hiromi Miyake at Last Snatch 87kg cause she touched the Arena slightly at Bottom Position ,But she's still deserved the Silver Medal on London2012 and More Impressive she still compete in Tokyo 2021 even on Age 35 .Judges and Referee was much Tougher Now

that 17 year old thai lady is such an inspiration.

In truth the lock out rule either needs to be changed or done away with because most times it penalizes people whose elbows just unlock and relock and not actual pressing

The commentary throught the entire weightlifting event was awful.
