I honestly believe I am not fit to be giving advice like that. But, I am still currently on a low carb/keto style diet and still restrict my calories as well.I would also gradually increase your cardio sessions as well.

It was a german volume training program that I ran which I trained five days a week.I also did a lot of cardio that time around and I was on a keto/low carb diet too.

Thank you very much! You are probably one of the few people to actually tell me the long hair looks better I certainly love it as you could tell. Yeah, I am currently not as thin as I was in this video but it simply means I got to put some serious work in again the cut begins in 2024!

maingaining ruined my first year of lifting and also made having fun in college a lot more complicated lol, revival fitness changed my life, he actually was my trainer for my second year of lifting, Really good guy.

I currently weigh 307 lbs. my Starting weight was 330 lbs. I know it was a crazy amount of weight I put on I made some good strength gains and this time around I am going to drop the weight without losing that much strength.
