    So right about the exercise! I understand why you were hesitant to start. Once you do, you're burning extra calories. If you stop doing it, you have to eat less food to cut those calories you were burning or you will gain weight :( So important to choose a type of exercise & an amount of exercise that you can envision doing forever because no one wants to have to eat less later!!

    I finally found the built puff bars at the GNC store . I bought one coconut puff and one brownie batter puff. They was really good expensive but very good. I wanted to try it before I ordered any so thank you so much for sharing thank you for everything you do Dee.

    ❤thank you. It’s so silly how WW changes their program every few years. I’ve been a consistent member since 1/2010, been through many. But honestly it’s all the same “pie” just cut it differently with each change. 😂

    I can’t do wheat, and couldn’t handle gluten for awhile, but now can handle bread unless it is wheat.

    When you were losing your initial weight, did you eat what you liked just in smaller portions? Or did you eat things you didn’t enjoy in order to just lose weight?

    In the very very beginning I ate things that were lower in points when I started my channel and knew I wanted to get to goal I ate what I liked in smaller portions and reached goal
