    Weight loss is die to water, muscle and some fat. Fat loss is only fat. That is possible only with calorie deficit and intermittent fasting plus exercise.

    3 अप्रैल को हमारे पापा कि बरसी थी।तो हमने हेल्थ चेकअप शिबीर का आयोजन किया था।हर एक मेहमान का चेकअप किया। सबको एक लेक्चर द्वारा प्रोत्साहित किया।एक्सरसाइज के लिए। ऐसे प्रोग्रॅम में कोई किर्तन प्रवचन रखते है।हमनें सोचा कुछ अलग करके लोगोंको जागरुक करते है।बहुत अच्छा प्रतिसाद मिला हमें।
