Mera 2 mahine me 7/8 kg badh gaya hai, as per my experience jo bhi aapki mata ji khana bana leti hai usse accha koi best option nhi hai, kyunki maine sab try Kiya tha, maas gainer creatine milkshake, potato, sprouts calorie count karke par mujhe wo sab bore lagta tha .. ek to digestion me heavy and usse pet bhara rehta tha par khane me maja nhi aa raha tha to Maine ghar ke khane par hi bharosa kiya, socha sab kuch kiya, ghar ke khane se dekhate hai 1 month so maime try kiya mujhe benefit mila to phir maine exercise bhi ghar ke khane ke saath shuru kar diya aur calorie count bhi chod diya, binding me nhi rakha khud ko ke mujhe yahi chahiye vahi chahiye .. jo kuch sabji roti rice hota hai vahi kha liya sirf thoda thoda badha diya .. pehle main subah 1.5 roti sham 1.5 aise din me 3 leta tha phir maine dopahar me 1 chapati shuru kiya total 4 ho gaye phir ek hapte baad subah 2 sham 2 aur dopahar 1 aise din ka 5 .. currently subah 2 dopahar me 2 roti and sham 2 roti aisa 6 .. aur kabhi rice hota hai to rice .. jo milata tha wo hi kha liya maine .. fruits mile fruits khao .. almond peanut kismish jo mile vo khao nhi mila to specially purchase karne ki kharcha karne ki jarurat nhi .. maine 2 month me 7/8 kg badha diya hai, thoda bahut agar pushup ya gym karo toh same diet ke saath musscles bhi devlope hote hai, it's without follow special diet plan, without supplements, without restrictions .. roj ke khane me ekdam thoda badhana hai, ek hapte baad aur thoda .. isse body adopt karegi aur digestion problem bhi nhi hoga .. msg thoda badha hua hai, par agar kisi ki madad ho jaye to accha hai, khud ko mat bandho ke mujhe wt.badhana hai ya calorie count is tarah se .. milega wo khate jao, without any restrictions .. free raho .. ghar ke khane me sare nutritions mix milenge like protein carbohydrates vitamin mg calcium etc. to bilkul fayada hoga apko .. jo special diet follow karte hai wo karte raho .. lekin jo mere tarah hai jinhe time to time follow karna nhi hota kam ki wajah se ya other reasons se .. unke liye ye option vardaan ki tarah kam karega.

On 5th June my body weight was 55.1kg and on 5th August my body weight is 59kg . I gained 4kg in just two months . And don't worry I'm gonna share my diet to you all as I faced the same problem like digestion issues not getting correct advice or diet ! At morning I don't take tea or coffee to gain weight you must have to leave your tea or coffee intake at morning. I prefer you all instead of tea make a smoothies of 1000 calories which will helped you alot for gaining weight! 1st meal after brushing or you can brkfast will be - oats smoothies. It made up by (50gm oats I used manna oats ,6 almonds 1 piece of banana , 200 ml milk, 1tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tpsoon honey ) these heavy brkfast not only provide you energy also you will feel your stomach is full and it will take less time to digest so you will not get hunger . 2nd meal - 100gm white rice and 1 boiled potato ( rice will provide you carbs and potato will give you glucose you can take 10-15 boiled soyachunks for protein ) 3rd meal or lunch- it will be your one reason for gaining weight. Just take 2 roti and paste some ghee over roti. Along with take white rice with homemade sabzi also cooked boiled potato . And try to eat egg ,panner ,curd ,fish any protein source on ur lunch ( these is the best solution for all skinnny guys like me for gaining weight ghee will provide you good fats white rice and potato engery and fish or egg or panner or curd will provide you protein ) After 30 mins of eating your lunch,just eat one piece of banana Remember you should drink water 30 mins before and after your meal ! Suppose you will eat your lunch by 1 pm then you should drink water by 12.30 pm before your meal and after completing your meal you should drink water after 30 mins means by 1.30pm . Also you are going to gym try to eat your lunch by taking 2 hrs gap . 4th meal or post workout meal - just white rice and any source of protein 5th meal - again morning smoothies 6th meal - homemade dinner If your will try my diet definitely byou are going to be gain weight bxz I also face alot of difficulty for gaining my weight my weight got stuck at 55kg and not gonna move from there and whenever I gained 1kg ,for my weak digestion I lose my 1kg again . But by God grace i found the reason and I started gaining I'm pretty much sure by end of this year I'm gonna be 70kg What changes came - while on bench press I used to give when I used to lift 40kg (20kg each) for 8 reps but today I start my bench press from 40kg for 12 reps and continue to 50kg for 8 reps ! Try it once and let me know it really helps you or not !

Mera 2 mahine me 7/8 kg badh gaya hai, as per my experience jo bhi aapki mata ji khana bana leti hai usse accha koi best option nhi hai, kyunki maine sab try Kiya tha, maas gainer creatine milkshake, potato, sprouts calorie count karke par mujhe wo sab bore lagta tha .. ek to digestion me heavy and usse pet bhara rehta tha par khane me maja nhi aa raha tha to Maine ghar ke khane par hi bharosa kiya, socha sab kuch kiya, ghar ke khane se dekhate hai 1 month so maime try kiya mujhe benefit mila to phir maine exercise bhi ghar ke khane ke saath shuru kar diya aur calorie count bhi chod diya, binding me nhi rakha khud ko ke mujhe yahi chahiye vahi chahiye .. jo kuch sabji roti rice hota hai vahi kha liya sirf thoda thoda badha diya .. pehle main subah 1.5 roti sham 1.5 aise din me 3 leta tha phir maine dopahar me 1 chapati shuru kiya total 4 ho gaye phir ek hapte baad subah 2 sham 2 aur dopahar 1 aise din ka 5 .. currently subah 2 dopahar me 2 roti and sham 2 roti aisa 6 .. aur kabhi rice hota hai to rice .. jo milata tha wo hi kha liya maine .. fruits mile fruits khao .. almond peanut kismish jo mile vo khao nhi mila to specially purchase karne ki kharcha karne ki jarurat nhi .. maine 2 month me 7/8 kg badha diya hai, thoda bahut agar pushup ya gym karo toh same diet ke saath musscles bhi devlope hote hai, it's without follow special diet plan, without supplements, without restrictions .. roj ke khane me ekdam thoda badhana hai, ek hapte baad aur thoda .. isse body adopt karegi aur digestion problem bhi nhi hoga .. msg thoda badha hua hai, par agar kisi ki madad ho jaye to accha hai, khud ko mat bandho ke mujhe wt.badhana hai ya calorie count is tarah se .. milega wo khate jao, without any restrictions .. free raho .. ghar ke khane me sare nutritions mix milenge like protein carbohydrates vitamin mg calcium etc. to bilkul fayada hoga apko .. jo special diet follow karte hai wo karte raho .. lekin jo mere tarah hai jinhe time to time follow karna nhi hota kam ki wajah se ya other reasons se .. unke liye ye option vardaan ki tarah kam karega.

On 5th June my body weight was 55.1kg and on 5th August my body weight is 59kg . I gained 4kg in just two months . And don't worry I'm gonna share my diet to you all as I faced the same problem like digestion issues not getting correct advice or diet ! At morning I don't take tea or coffee to gain weight you must have to leave your tea or coffee intake at morning. I prefer you all instead of tea make a smoothies of 1000 calories which will helped you alot for gaining weight! 1st meal after brushing or you can brkfast will be - oats smoothies. It made up by (50gm oats I used manna oats ,6 almonds 1 piece of banana , 200 ml milk, 1tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tpsoon honey ) these heavy brkfast not only provide you energy also you will feel your stomach is full and it will take less time to digest so you will not get hunger . 2nd meal - 100gm white rice and 1 boiled potato ( rice will provide you carbs and potato will give you glucose you can take 10-15 boiled soyachunks for protein ) 3rd meal or lunch- it will be your one reason for gaining weight. Just take 2 roti and paste some ghee over roti. Along with take white rice with homemade sabzi also cooked boiled potato . And try to eat egg ,panner ,curd ,fish any protein source on ur lunch ( these is the best solution for all skinnny guys like me for gaining weight ghee will provide you good fats white rice and potato engery and fish or egg or panner or curd will provide you protein ) After 30 mins of eating your lunch,just eat one piece of banana Remember you should drink water 30 mins before and after your meal ! Suppose you will eat your lunch by 1 pm then you should drink water by 12.30 pm before your meal and after completing your meal you should drink water after 30 mins means by 1.30pm . Also you are going to gym try to eat your lunch by taking 2 hrs gap . 4th meal or post workout meal - just white rice and any source of protein 5th meal - again morning smoothies 6th meal - homemade dinner If your will try my diet definitely byou are going to be gain weight bxz I also face alot of difficulty for gaining my weight my weight got stuck at 55kg and not gonna move from there and whenever I gained 1kg ,for my weak digestion I lose my 1kg again . But by God grace i found the reason and I started gaining I'm pretty much sure by end of this year I'm gonna be 70kg What changes came - while on bench press I used to give when I used to lift 40kg (20kg each) for 8 reps but today I start my bench press from 40kg for 12 reps and continue to 50kg for 8 reps ! Try it once and let me know it really helps you or not !
