Hay fever natural remedies are definitely your local honey fake tear eye drops and rub Vaseline around your nose to stop the pollen. Also washing your hair to get the pollen off you when you come home. Hope this helps 💕

I get absolutely miserable hay fever every May in Madrid, and I take quercitin for it. It's a natural plant bioflavenoid, safe in pregnancy, and works a charm for me without the weird side effects of traditional antohistamines. I highly recommend giving it a go!

Hi Charlotte. For hayfever/allergies I always use a supplement called Optimized Quercetin. Takes about 3 - 4 days to kick in, but of course, always check with your doctor first. Hope that helps! 🙂

I have the Maybelline lipsticks and love them too. I will have to look for those colors. Revlon also has the Colorstay lipsticks that are great.

For baby grows get the ones with the zipper !!! They are a life savers especially for winter the fleece ones, from Carter’s so much easier to get on. also, for a first baby get the kimono onesies bodysuits in a natural color so you can use them for the next babies get some in 0-1 and more 0-3. Make a wish list for your friends to get you the best toys.

Such a lovely vlog and congratulation again! For the allergy you could try to "smear" Vaseline on and inside your nostrils before you go out to stop those pollen to get inside your nose. It helps me a lot. When back home rinse your nostrils with some salt water. Hope this works - all my best to you AND your beautiful mom 🙂

Great vlog , you have to put your local honey in your tea or on toast , that helps with allergies 🤧. Congratulations stay healthy and blessed.

For the hayfever, beside antihistamine, I find the best thing is to wash everything. Wash your face, wash your hands (especially after touching pets), wash your hair and brush your teeth. It also helps to wash bedding more frequently. Basically try to get as much pollen off you as possible. There’s a Dyson fan which are supposed to take pollen out of the air which I’m tempted by too.

Charlotte re the Hayfever, the pollen count and mixture of pollen around is particularly bad over the last 2 wks. I tried local honey and it did nothing other than taste nice, but Haymax - from Holland &Barrett or Amazon - is a balm in a simiar consistency to vaseline, and you put it around the inside of your nostrils and it traps the pollen and seems to make the nose linings less irritable. Home Bargains are doing a version that seems to be helping me. Sunglasses that wrap round to the side if your eyes also reduce the amount of pollen able to get to your eyes, hope it helps.😉

hi Charlotte friend of mine used Luffa from health shop and was so good for her its just few drops in water, and when i suggested to somebody else he was very pleased , it might work for you too

hay fever, i was told to put a little bit of vasline at the outside and just slightly inside the nose this i believe helps reduce the pollan going up your airways, hope this helps congratualtions to you both on the bump x

As a pharmacist in NZ we advise Vaseline on a cotton bud wiped on the inside of your nostrils as stops pollen

Quercetin is supposed to be good for allergies Charlotte. It is natural substance often combined with vitamin C. I would run it by my doctor before taking, but think it’s ok during pregnancy. I couldn’t be happier for you, Lou your mom, and all the rest of your family! You are absolutely glowing! ❤️

Could be a fun idea for you to have a professional "do your colors" as people say- like figure out your under and overtones- helps a lot to know what makeup and clothing colors look best. I did that a little while a go and helped so much! I look a bit warm and golden like you but am more cool toned underneath, so I also do best with mauvey purpley cool toned shades.

First let me congratulate you on your pregnancy, you’re definitely blooming 😊. Secondly with regard to hay fever, I’d recommend Quercetin as a natural remedy, Biocare do a good one - I believe Liz Earle has a video that explains it better than I could in a short message x

He’s a darling little dog. They say the best way for a couple to get pregnant is to get a dog, it seems to kick those parenting hormones into hyperdrive within a few months. Adopting a baby also seems to work. I’m a cat person myself, I don’t know if this also works with getting kitties, but I want some. I love dogs and have had several, but was never able to adjust to their strong odor, I just don’t get olfactory fatigue to it.

Hi - as a medic - just so you know - antihistamines are contraindicated in pregnancy anyway . Vaseline to the nose and wearing sunglasses or glasses when you are outside will help x

For allergy I‘ve heard that piercing the top of your helix (the part of your ear that curls in) helps as it‘s a acupuncture spot
