Hey girl hey 👋. Just wanted to chime about the nail salons. Bring your own supplies. Eerrything,, they use you should have your own kit because I learned from the BOARD OF HEALTH, These salons are NOT as clean as we see. They are supposed to use SPECIAL disinfectant cleansers for the foot spa's and they are to use them after EACH AND EVERY CLIENT and not at the end of the day and not just rinsing either. They have to take All of the tubes out and disinfect for a certain amount of hour's Girl yes. I know this because a lady in California had an open scar on her leg and because the salon didn't clean the tub after the client before her she caught an infection and passed away😮..Even when getting your nails done they are supposed to throw the sanding rollers away after each client and so forth ALL OF IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THROWN AWAY. THEY CHEAP THOUGH SO THEY KEEP REPEATED USE. Just sharing🙌♥️

I was in a hit and run accident years ago and my back still gives me issues. The adjustments help a lot. I’m in the 50 plus club so stretching is a must! 😂😍💚

Yessss the Aveeno oil is a must have❣️ when I first purchased them. They are very slippery, but I think after wearing it a few times I think the natural oils in my hair, and when I hand wash them, they fit a lot better! Thank you for watching 😘
