I have the same problem with bloating when im on my period 😭When youre on your period, your body is retaining more salt and water because your hormone levels are changing and that causes bloating! I found that drinking lots of water throughout the day and green tea helps me!! Walking, eating less sodium and drinking less alcohol/coffee is also said to help if you are feeling extra bloated!

I’m on the pill and was absolutely fine on my first jab, had my second jab couple a weeks ago and was SOOO ill was vomiting, dizzy etc! And my period came for 1 day only. Which it shouldn’t do because I was still taking the pills. But the jab actually made me bleed for 24 hours. So it had a different effect on me xox

Lidia I’m allergic to dairy and whey and you wouldn’t sneeze from this allergy so it won’t be that causing you to sneeze. Side effects from being dairy intolerant are severe and painful bloating and bad acne on your face/skin xx
