This so true. I did a 21 day detox and it changed my perspective on sugar. This was a month ago and I am still doing it. I have lost a good 10lbs which I was trying to lose for a year.

@@michoum115 you can start of with a lot of water, if you’re a tea drinker (no sugar) and no process food. No bread, rice or any white starch. No fruits the first 10 days. Then add fruits.

Hiiiiiiiii... G, happy Saturday morning. It's 7:44 am here in Okinawa, Japan. I loved that Target water JUG when I had it. Somehow my husband broke it, I recently found a pre-loved Keepall Bandoulière 60 here in Japan. It’s in excellent condition with some water spots I plan to clean. Whoever had it seems like they have worn it once, after the water spots. I can’t remember the exact yen price, but the US price I paid was $526.97.

New sub! So glad I found your channel. I love that you go to the gym every day/frequently. I personally don’t think you need to take a day off since you’re doing cardio. I go to the gym every day, and I weight train. I do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio on the treadmill every day and then I’ll train different body parts. I only take days off if I feel overly sore. It’s amazing how consistency turns into that’s just part of my life. People in my life know that I go to the gym every morning and it’s just a known fact about me and I love that. While I’m on the treadmill, I pray and think about God and His goodness. It’s amazing
