Literally so motivating you are, I started watching you like 2 years ago and within them two years I was 15stone like 5ft 3,4 and just the way you look and look after yourself I new I could change the way I look after myself again physically and mentally after my relationship so I lost loads of weight and did it the healthy way so now look and feel more amazing than ever. Keep doing what your doing all love 💚
