I feel you on the dad stuff. I was like you. I didn’t talk to my dad for years and it was due to expectations. Once I realized he was who he was everything changed! Now, we talk a lot and life is much different. I always wanted to be a “daddy’s girl”, but he’s just not that dad and I’m okay with it! ❤❤❤

Definitely add in the “boring” b-roll clips. I personally don’t think they’re boring & I love b-roll. They’re good breaks from all the talking. I feel like a vlog without b-roll is just a podcast 😂 I like talking too but my brain would not focus for just 3 1/2 hours of just talking.

Omg yes! I just learned that too. I said our whole lives we’ve been brought up celebrating these adopted holidays that had us serving idol gods and now we have to undo everything we’ve been taught and made a tradition and change that for our kids. Thank God they’re still young.

Wonderful Vlog. Your growth in Christ I’m sure inspires so many. My family does not celebrate Easter but we do celebrate Resurrection Day. No eggs or bunnies but I do give them resurrection day basket and I try to keep them Christ centered with books and they get candy and lil what nots.

the more you do threading the less it will hurt. the first time i got it done i cried and couldn’t help it, tears just kept flowing whether i wanted to or not. i really like it better than waxing because it’s more precise, in my opinion. and now its been 5 or so years of consistently threading and i barely feel anything. it’s similar to getting a wax down there, it hurts like no other first few times and then it’s like nothing if you’re consistent.

hey Kenna, if you love disney, you HAVE to try a disney cruise with the kids. ima try not to ramble, my family and friends always tell me i should be working for disney the way i sell people on their cruises🤣 but it’s absolutely AMAZING fun for ALL ages, there’s a daycare for babies, toddlers, tweens, and teens, you can leave the kids and do things on the cruise like the adults only pool or a nice restaurant, and then there’s character themed restaurants, broadway style theatre plays, movie theatres, once you purchase it’s all inclusive except alcohol, souvenirs, and the exertions off the boat. the way you light up about disney i just know you and your family would absolutely love the disney cruise. each day room service will make your bed when you’re at breakfast and there’s an itinerary of what’s going on on the ship for that day. you can choose to attend the events or do your own thing. book it for 7 days. i’ve been on one 7 day one and one 3 night 4 day one. even my mom got teary eyed that we had to leave after just 3 nights. so we ended up at disney world after😂😂 oh and PLS don’t listen to people who have only been on a carnival cruise, if they have bad things to say about cruises. carnival and disney take off from the same port, the carnival cruise is tiny in comparison to disney. disney is WORTH the coin. you don’t have to worry about any expenses for 7 whole days and be able to have adult time and family time! ok that’s it for my TED talk lmao💞🩵

@@McKennaWalker i’m so glad you saw my comment! the 7 day cruise i went on i was 7 years old. the 3 day 4 night one i was 15 with a toddler little sister and i had as much fun as i did when i was 7, had as much fun as my little sister lol. i know you guys would love it. the kids daycares do super fun activities too, so don’t have to feel guilty about leaving them there for a little so you can enjoy the adult amenities 🩵

Finally someone that’s not afraid to talk about all these holidays. I do not celebrate Halloween or Christmas in the “society” way. I’m surprised I even did an Easter basket for my baby. But there are ways to fill these “holidays” without getting too far into it.
