The irony of me sharing my opinion given what I’m about to say 😅 but I don’t think you should have to expect hate because of having a job on social media. Constructive criticism is one thing but as a society we just need to realise that people don’t need to hear our opinion just because it’s easy to give, especially if it’s just to tell someone what we don’t like about them. Hope you get to have a lovely restful break ❤️

Holly, ditch the assisted pull ups with resistance bands and incorporate negative pull ups and scapular pull ups! I recommend megsquats pull up program for negative pull ups
I feel the same as you at the moment it’s so hard feeling like you’re not doing enough and trying to relax 😔 x

Holly, love this vlog and your message about not getting so 'stressed' about exercise this time of year! I've just taken a 5 days off of running (it'll probably be a bit more). It has felt soo immensely good (physically and mentally)... and yet it's so hard to not want to 'stick to the plan' or get into a 'constant progress mentality'. So thank you for sharing your experience, it feels good to hear it.
So proud of u for allowing tourself to rest chile and just enjoy the festive season .

Such a fun Vlog! You should not have to expect hate, constructive criticism is different but being online isn’t a reason for being to be horrible and say nasty things 🤍
I would recommend ramping up slower to 100km weekly total, a general rule of thumb is to not increase weekly volume more than 10%. From a runner in their 30s, trust me you don't want to open the door to injuries
