This was defo a very busy week for you and a very interesting week of wonderful exploration. At least you managed to have pizza unlike your Italian layover. Hope you managed to get an umbrella you should try and remember to keep one in your suitcase just in case. Shame about the workmen working during the night however at least you have workmen working unlike at home where they put cones out for a year and do two days off work. OMG that storm defo changed the entire day on its head. Hope the weather for you has cooled down a little? Btw how are your white converse and did you managed to get them clean again? Ive been doing a lot of Dubai layovers from EWR. Me and the crew only walked 7 mins to the train station in the afternoon dripping in sweat lol it was so hot! Love your vlogs of Dubai :)

China must of been fun for you with the lack of things to do but that bath was definitely unique and that robot 😱 Sorry about the builders I think it’s like you said a heat thing witnessed it in Singapore guess it’s more physically demanding I honestly love the weekly videos I watch them all the way through hence why my comments are quite long so that’s my excuse 😂 Love there long videos so thank you for keeping them long 😊 I have never seen weather like that in the UAE that’s crazy all I saw was a 30second rain shower in Abu Dhabi but that’s it pretty crazy though glad you put it on the video or i’d never believed it 😮

Sophie…..you need to purchase a mini hot logic so that you never have to eat leftovers cold….you can heat soup and so many things in it.I love mine❣️

You have to have clean manicured nails, the colour can be clear, nude(to your skin) red or French ☺️I&U they are very strict with ☺️

I use vpn. When in China I had no idea but vpn sorted me out x

You need to take them off, let them breath and put on some hardening polish. That should help your nails. What was the name of that phone app you downloaded?

One other thing I forgot to ask, why do you workout in the gym with your shoes off?

For lifting weights you are best being flat footed and the only gym trainers I have are for running which are not good for lifting weights. that's why I take them off ☺️

Hey Soph,how are you? I'm sorry you didn't go out on your layovers especially the great wall of China. Atleast you had a book to read. I don't like hot beverages, only drink them when I have to, to keep warm. I especially dont drink any coffee or caffeinated drinks because they give me the worst palpitations and I hate it. However everytime I see you drink your coffee, it loo,s so good I want one🤦‍♀️, I could never try one because I'm afraid I might seriously get sick😢. Sand storm huh! Watched as you rush to save your cushions and leave your chair outside 😅😅😅, dont know why you didn't get the chair too. Ohhhhh! I loved seeing that excitement on your face when you thought it was going to rain,but it wasn't to be ,sorry. Hope the temperatures are a bit bearable now. I have a flight attendant safety question. There was news regarding an AA FA getting attacked in her moving car as she was going home. She is ok, but emotionally this was a traumatic experience for her. Does anything remotely similar to this happen to you or your coworkers? and how do you handle it, also is there support infrastructure, physical, psychological rehabilitation setup to deal with situations like this? I understand if you prefer not to address this type of workplace safety issue.
