You should follow people that have a style that you like and also people that have a similar shape to you so that you can see what would look good on you. Also, when you shop you should look for things that you can wear multiple ways rather than buying specific outfits. The key to building a wardrobe is to buy pieces that you know you'll be able to wear with 3-5 outfits at minimum. Zara, H&M, and even Target have great basics to start off with!

I think all the outfits looked really good on you!! When you’re used to seeing yourself dressed down or just throwing anything together you just have to adjust to seeing yourself more “put together” if that makes sense!

I'm a perinatal therapist and I see so many comments like this under her videos that are making me want to start an online support group but in the meantime, check out postpartum support international (PSI) for groups in your area or virtual ones. FOR Kenna & anyone else dealing with the frustrations of building a mood/vision board: Every year I plan to make a vision board so I don't lose focus of all specific little things I'm believing God for, but by the time I gather magazines & clippings & choose a design scheme, I'm over it. This year I created a digital vision board on Canva & then I had it printed at OfficeMax. BEST IDEA EVER ! I was able to add all the detail & frills as well as exactly what I wanted my prayer focus for each area of my life to be. It took way less time, but will be just as impactful. HTH !

you give me ME vibes. i like the mom jeans with a tight mock neck shirt, really sleek and simple. its like a mom era thing. try different style of mom jeans, not colorful you dont give me color, but nudes, browns, grey black acid wash, light washed, allat, nothing too bold. and some tees, some mock neck fitted shirts, and sweaters. Also get into the skirtsss, the longer ones (jeans skirts) fn have so many unique ones

Happy new year ❤️ What help me find my style is throw out all my clothes and start from scratch and only keep pieces that really was a vibe for me and keep my closet really minimal. Cuz often I was just totally overwhelmed. 50 clothes in total worked for me really good 😊

If you’re not feeling well, I’d recommend doing a 7-10 day juice fast with kale, green apple, and key lime. Make sure you drink enough water (SPRING water) and take your vitamins as well. This will properly detox your body ❤
