Hey hey. I love your watch band, where is it from? So cute. I have been intermittent fasting and have seen great results when implemented consistently. that has really helped when I have had a stall in my weight loss. I do a clean fast which means nothing but black coffee/tea and plain regular or sparkling water. Very effective for an overall healthy lifestyle and weight loss. Good luck on your journey

Yes we have, and so far we’ve really been enjoying our visits. I know it had to do with my diet and not so much my workouts but as soon as I figure it out I know I’ll reach my weight goal
