Mary the discoloration is called Melasma or pregnancy mask. It goes away after you have the baby, just battle scars of carrying a life inside of you, and so worth it. I'm so happy for you. God bless you and your family.

Mary, I got the microshading over a year ago. It can last up to 3 years. This is one of the BEST DECISIONS I've ever made in life! I use to hate having to get dressed to go some place because my brows (or lack of brows) had to be done. I didn't have ANY! Now, I can pop out the house in a heart beat. I love love love my brows. I live in Florida and hunty my brow tech is the BOMB! People fly in from all over the country for her services.

For morning nausea try to have a protein rich snack at your bedside like almonds to prevent your blood sugar from dropping ❤ I love that toothpaste! I need to look into that moisturizing cream. You're so welcome! I'm a student Midwife and nausea is a common complaint for mama's. You may like ginger chews and/or tea too. I actually eat the chews when I ovulate because I get so nauseous. Enjoy your Friday ❤️

I’m so excited for your family and this experience, God is awesome and faithful. Yes honey the discoloration is the pregnancy lol everything connected to allowing this beautiful human to develop inside of you drains everything that you have. Continue to take care of yourself the way you did prior to pregnancy because it’s needed to keep your mind, body, and spirit energized. Pregnancy is very draining in every way but always remember the gift that’s growing inside of you. You both will be wonderful parents, God knew what He was doing blessing the two of you.

I went through it with my skin during pregnancy a bit as well, but after I had my daughter is when my skin had different types of rashes, on my neck as well. Your skin may just be super sensitive during this time. So be gentle with it, that was my lesson. Hope that helps. 🥹

Yes the discoloration is melasma. It’s normal during pregnancy. I had it in the same areas when I was pregnant.

Hey love! Microblading last 1-3 years depending on the color retention and what style you are going for. You would have to wait until after baby and breastfeeding tho. You can get a tint tho!

She's correct when you're pregnant your neck color discolores and your skin, but it's all worth it, don't think about the changes to your skin or body, it's all about the baby and it's all worth it.

Even without makeup, you are beautiful. I had skin discoloration during pregnancy as well.

I just looked it up and yes I expereieced it too. Melasma are brown patches that can appear on your skin, usually on your face. It is also known as chloasma or 'the mask of pregnancy'. Melasma is very common in pregnancy, usually in the second or third trimester. People who aren't pregnant can also develop melasma.

Congratulations on the pregnancy! Look into and ask your doctor about Melasma or Chloasma, a lot of women have it during pregnancy. You may want to ask questions about how to manage any discomfort with it and ways to avoid possible scarring which may or may not occur as a result. Either way try to enjoy every moment of your experience no matter what!

Blessings! Dr. Dray recently did a video regarding pigmentary demarcification and in it she discussed pregnant women commonly having what you were sharing about in your chin area. She goes more in depth where pregnant women can experience it on their face and body. The video is called 'Dark Patches around the mouth explained | Dermatologist' - the title may not sound topical to what you were sharing, but she covers a number of things-including closer to what you were showing. Or it could be the facial reaction, either way hope that helps!

I had skin discoloration every pregnancy. It always went away after thankfully.

hyperpigmentation comes with pregnancy. it will clear up after baby is born. By the 8th or 9th month some women get oily skin. don't try to correct it only causes damage. Just be gentle
