Yoga! I have read hedgewitch and it is a cute fun story, so I hope you like it ^.^ Not saying less on a million to one when that is waiting for me on my shelf. I love that the marriage act brought you up to a five star in the end!! D: I need to read the one which is also waiting for me on my shelf. Ooh interesting the book where it talks about what makes you want to spend money. Homebody is one we have in common that I am looking forward to pick up ^.^

Two weeks off work sounds like bliss! I started with Net Galley but quickly realised I enjoy physical books much more than a Kindle ☀️

It hasn't been bliss so far haha Nana hasn't been well so a bit like a bus mans holiday! I used to only read physical books but I have found that when I am having bad pain days which are becoming more common I can get into a really comfy position with my kindle :)

Day one I was like OH SHIT IM NEVER GOING TO EAT AGAIN but im slowly finding things i enjoy that are yeast free 😎

I had a strong result on my food allergy test to gluten. I had tried to go 100% gluten free for my fibromyalgia years ago and got to about 80%. I'm at about 95% now, but it is so hard! I can say I do feel a difference and have had less overall pain and digestive issues. I wish you much luck on the yeast-free plan. I know it will be challenging, but I hope it brings you some relief from your symptoms. 🥄🌞

Thank you so much! Id say at the moment yeast is in most of my meals and snacks so I figured If I can slowly swap in test free alternatives it cant hurt can it?

@@booksandbargains Yes, that’s what I did. I used what I had already purchased and applied the new restriction to new food I brought into the house. Slowly everything was replaced with gluten free.
