I would have asked for my package back from USPS and gone somewhere else, awful service. Has Steve had his thyroid levels checked recently, might need meds adjusted? Thyroid and bad sleep seem to go hand in hand for a lot of people. Love that you're vlogging again!

I am a physical therapist and I think every child should do gymnastics or dance. It teaches them body awareness and control that will carry over into any sport and just life in general. Learn it young!!!

I had a deviated septum so I would wake up not rested no matter how many hours I got.. Could be something to look into for Steve. Good luck with it!

All of your KZread fans will understand as they want the best for you, Steve and your new family. The hair looks great. I feel for Steve sleep habits. I struggle with getting good sleep...my Mom does as well. Unfortunately, it can be genetic, but there are ways to find better sleep....takes trial and error.

Yes! Will check cortisol but his dad has sleep apnea, he’s done the testing recently for it and he doesn’t have any signs of it so hopefully no that!

USPS is so rude all the time, its not just you, they wont deliver things to houses if there are cars blocking or "too close" to the mail box, at least here in California, they refuse to get out the car 🫠

haha aww noo.. dont let that guy or any of them get to you, they are just like that with everyone. Just assume that's their baseline, sometimes you get really nice people but they are mostly known for being like that. i used to send packages and I was met mostly with some kind of unkindness or annoyance🤷🏻‍♀.
