Our issues with sleep are so similar! One thing that made a huge difference for me is cutting out caffeine after midday. It means diet coke and stuff too. I now have a substantial snack around the 3pm slump instead. My sleep has improved so much.

Love your vlogs and the hair turned out pretty well! Couldn't you use mirrors to redirect the light into your room? I've heard of something similar for caves where they redirect light from outside by using several mirrors to redirect it where needed

Hope you see this, Isle of paradise have a fake tan mousse (yellow bottle) that you can rinse off after as little as 30 mins and it does then develop into a lovely colour. Leave for longer if you want it darker but even 30 mins gave me a good colour and an hour gave me a lovely tan. Absolute game changer. I recently had a baby so can apply, leave for at least 30 mins and then rinse all during his nap 😂

I usually take about 5. min To do my makeup😅 eyes, primer, foundation done

did she tone your hair? i used a color remover to get rid of my red and then bleached it up. maybe try the colour remover to get rid of the red residue x
