Probably get deleted but. I have 2 adult addict kids'. You can blame anyone and everyone, but at the end of the day each person chooses to use. It's not just immigrants that bring it across. Plenty of US citizens manufacture and sell. How do you know the van wasn't waiting for a parking place.
