The signs are so cute. I agree with you in that “less is more”, and the signs are certainly not over the top for your coffee bar. As far as shopping halls, it happens to the best of us!!!🤣😂

I got the kmart toaster , I used it once and then it kept throwing the safety switch. So good job you took it back. I agree about kmart , so much stuff. It's great lol x

It's not easy saying no to purchasing from kmart, addictive. We too have already many Christmas items over the years but still love seeing all the Christmas items, especially in kmart 😮😊

Hi Lisa, you bought some nice thing, the christmas signs are cute, The joys of getting older our gut does not seem to accept some things, l had to cut down on my coffee even though l dont drink that much if oat milk does not work for you try soya, the dog looked like he had had some fun rolling in some big puddle lol, house looks nice love the less is more look, easier to clean for you as it is a big space x

Hi Lisa, try lactaid. That's the name brand in the US but it's lactase that helps you digest lactose. Try it at home to see what works for you. Hope it helps! Love your videos ❤

Oat milk is high in carbs and sugar but as long as you’re not diabetic or pre diabetic, whatever really, right? Maybe try the A2 or is it called A1 🤷‍♀️ I’ve heard that a lot of people find it really good too. I personally had no issues with light milk until about 3 yrs ago and then I started feeling yuk and bloated too. Almond milk is what I have been drinking since and have had no issues. It did take me a couple of months to get use to the taste of it in my coffee but I just love it now. Here in Melbourne, Gloria Jeans and Maccas do the best Almond Capp😋😋 Whatever you do, don’t look up the nutritional info of the mocha truffle with oat milk….it’s definitely an every now and again drink

Yes I’ve tried almond milk and coconut milk but it just really doesn’t taste as nice in my tea and coffee. I think I need to stick at it more and get used to it. They are a lot more of a healthy alternative than oat milk that’s for sure

@@LiveItLikeLisa the first time I had almond milk in my coffee, I threw it out after a sip🤢. I honestly thought I would never enjoy it. But stick with it, you eventually get use to the taste. My bloating and yuk full feeling stopped too so it was also an incentive for me. Good luck 🍀

Hi Lisa, try lactose free milk, i was same as you on the ordinary milk and im better since drinking lactose free! Hey I never even thought about lactose free milk hehehe how weird! Might try that as oat milk is way to delicious to get used to having that every day lol

Maybe get checked for leaky gut! It’s a pretty full on elimination diet but very good for you in the long run! And I guess great content too.

Hmmm I will check that out, I don’t think I have any other symptoms of that apart from the issue after drinking milk but will definitely look into it more

Lisa I'm lactose intolerant norco make a great lactose free milk .. menopause symptoms I'm finding is stinky farts period pain (never had it before) aunt flow comes early or very late and omg tummy fat being hard to shift have you thought of doing dirty carnivore diet ?

It’s so weird as I never even thought of lactose free milk initially, I was trying almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk…..lol you’d think the first choice would have been lactose free lol I will give it a try. Though I do love oat milk even though it’s probably not the healthiest one, it never is!! Lol yes I really need to get back onto the healthier eating/exercise bandwagon I’ve really fallen off the rails these past few months
