something I really like about you is how much of a balanced lifestyle you show. like you workout and eat healthy but also save room for treats and fun meals and have no shame because it is normal. seriously love that because I can imagine a lot of your viewers may be sort of young and you set a great example of not having to worry about every little thing!

This is no hate, but I wish you tubers would start saying "this was gifted to me" or "I did not buy this" because language like I chose this or this is why I decided to get this one is so deceiving and as a consumer when I am choosing to buy a $200 product it's different than a KZread who was gifted that same product.

Agreed! As much as someone can do their best to give an honest review of something, there's always going to be a slight difference in how you perceive something you paid for vs. something that you were given. It's not a bad thing necessarily, but the distinction does matter. I always take reviews of products that were gifted with an extra grain of salt, especially if I have literally only EVER seen gifted reviews of that item (not speaking about this in particular, just in general).

It's to the point that you can assume any product lifestyle vloggers mention is gifted/sponsored. This is how they make their living so they're less likely to mention a product without getting paid.

even though I can testify to how good the UFO is, I totally agree with you! plus you can never really be sure how often anyone uses the things they're gifted, I'm not taking my UFO for granted because I spent good money on it.

If you love the way coffee tastes but don't want the energy part of it, you should get decaf!!! It doesn't taste quite as strong as regular but still has the coffee taste and won't hype you up :)

Get dates instead when you do HIIT, bike, run, etc. IT IS SO YUMMY AND RUSHES SUGAR INTO YOU!! Best alternative and helps me soooo much.
