Good to see you're keeping busy and enjoying the things that please you, and that you are taking the job and grant thing in stride. I must say I do miss your vlogs so it's always nice to see one pop up. I remember my kids going through all that Autistic awareness when they were first diagnosed. My youngest has recently moved to Canberra & is also on the job hunt (something she's finding very challenging with Austism).

i also find weekend resets very calming and satisfying :)

The Animal Fries 5 Spice reminds me of a spice bag in Irish Chinese takeaways. You can also get vegan ones/do easy healthier homemade recipes and it's so delicious with air-fried tofu. Highly recommend you check it out!

So good to see you! I don't think I'm on the autism spectrum, nor do I think I have ADHD, but I relate to so much of what you're saying. I am a Highly Sensitive Person, which I didn't know was an official thing, but makes so much sense! Animal fries look so good and I'm glad you're doing well, even with all of life's bumps.

thank you sweet soul! there's a lot of really interesting background to the HSP type. the author is referenced in a lot of books on autism, for she had an autistic son and in many ways was describing an autistic profile x
