The Cape looks like a blast and relaxing! I can't wait to visit The Cape someday. My husband is pale and mostly burns in the sun. I love coconut water when I feel dehydrated. I need to try iced coffee with cinnamon and a splash of almond milk when caffeine does not give me a headache.
