I was born in Khartoum and haven’t been back since 1992. I went to KIPS and we went to the American Club and played football every day in ElTahif. Great days growing up there in the 80s and early 90s.

We don’t always need to spend a lot of money to enjoy the simple things around us (tea by the nile, walking around a market, meeting new people, eating ful, drinking fresh juice). But I guess everyone has their own definition of a “beautiful” life 😊
