Looks beautiful, its a long time since I've been to this part of Wales, the last time I stayed near there it was at Borth, near Aberystwyth. We tend to go to North Wales as its so close comparatively to us living in Staffordshire xx

I'm taking the kiddos here in July, they are so excited!

We used to go to Hafan Y Mor when the kids were young and we all loved it. We are from Ireland so it was always an adventure ❤️❤️❤️

Almost walked up Consti today but sat in the castle watching the dolphins instead. A much lazier day off 😁 Haven't been to Cei since before the pandemic, can't wait to go down soon.

I worked at Hafan Y Mor when it was Butlins. I did Christmas 95 and the majority of the 96 season. That was when it had the roller coaster etc. West Quay looks quieter, but it depends on what you want. As you said, with Pwllheli you have to drive everywhere as it’s not close to town and the train service is limited. The buses used to be fairly frequent, but getting further afield without a car is tricky. West Quay looks more peaceful though. The caravan you were in looked ok, but I agree about the beds. At HYM when we went 2 years ago, the apartments had glorified camp beds. At least you got a proper bed when it was Butlins! That meal looked delicious. We have always found if you venture off camp for meals you get better value and service. You can find some gems now,particularly if you look at Trip Advisor first for recommendations. I can ask for fish and chips in Welsh. I learned a few key phrases last time we went. I need a holiday now, but no can do, my daughter is off to university in September, and it’s so expensive!

Looks lovely. We’ve just booked 2 weeks in March so looking forward to it. We normally go to Hafan Y Mor at Pwllheli. We paid £300 for an accessible caravan

Hi, this isn't my video but I am local - the park is on an incline but there are accessible vans on site, New Quay itself is on a very steep hill so might not be the best of you have mobility issues
