// ABOUT ME
I'm Lindsey, a thirty-something mom of two beautiful boys. I live in Canada with the love of my life - Nick, our sons, Hayden and Ashton, and our two dogs, Rick & Baker.
For me, KZread is a outlet for creativity and documentation of all things motherhood, health, fitness, style and our everyday life. I am a girl on a budget with expensive taste, I'm always looking for the best deal and hate to pay full price for anything (I got it from my mama).
In real life I'm an introvert but I love making new friends and discovering other KZreadrs, make sure you leave a comment and say hello!

    I love the croissant idea! Thanks! Baby led weaning is definitely the way to go, I watched your videos of Hayden eating when my little one was starting solids. He’s now 13 months old and a pretty good eater. Thanks for your videos

    Don’t be scared mama. My son is 11 months and he eats everythinggg. Just have some water/juice for them to wash it down

    If you give soft things cut appropriately they won’t. Gagging is normal with baby led weaning and teaches them not to choke. It’s important for them to learn to eat different textures and chew, just cut them so they’re not choking hazards.

    Imo it all depends on teeth. If they have molars, nothing to worry about, theyre fully capable of eating everything. But i would be lying if i said i wasnt scared to feed my son before he had his molars. Thankfully (kinda, teething constantly sucks) his came in early. He’s 15 months and has 21 out of the 22 teeth babies get.

    Same. My twins are 14 months and still gag on certain foods so I cut everything tiny. My boy twin will even get choked up on the Gerber puffs sometimes and it scares me so bad that I even break those in half.
