Hi Destiny! I just wanted to tell you that you sharing your running journey has been so inspiring to me! I used to run when i was a teen but have gotten really out of shape in my twenties and have been on the struggle bus to try to change that. Today I ran a mile with out stopping for the first time in years! It might not seem like a big acheivement but it was a milestone for me as I haven't been able to do that in so long and I am seeing it as the first accomplishment in my journey to becoming a runner again. Although I am far from it now, my longer term goal is to run a half marathon, and eventually a full marathon. All that to say, that hearing you talk about running and your struggles with anxiety etc, and seeing you push thru and be succesful has given me hope that I can do the same. So thank you so much for sharing, it has really made a difference for me

You should def do a video based on your gym routine. As someone who is discouraged in the gym, it’s nice and comforting to see your relationship with it as well and just the routineeee

When I straighten my hair I put a little biotin/collagen spray (a LITTLE bit. like 4 sprays on the ends of my hair) after straightening and it definitely helps it look less dry and frizzy and adds to the shine!
